Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed after 5 p.m. local time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional processing time; this will be noted on the product page.
Domestic & International Shipping
- We currently ship orders within Viet Nam and to select international destinations. Domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. International shipping times may vary between 7–21 business days.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or addresses restricted by international sanctions. A list of countries we ship to and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders over US$50 may qualify for free domestic shipping; this threshold is highlighted at checkout as an upsell incentive.
- Any import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Local Delivery & Pick‑Up
If you live in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, we offer free local delivery and buy online, pick‑up in store options. After placing your order, you’ll receive instructions on scheduling your delivery or pick‑up. We currently deliver to postal codes within Ba Dinh; please check our coverage map during checkout.
Returns, Changes & Cancellations
- For returns and exchanges, please refer to our Refund Policy. Our shipping policy summarises how refunds, order edits and exchanges are handled.
- Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact support immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.
